Since a while

I finished my two-week Chinese new year holiday and returned to work.
Supervised a ALT and finished plenty of team stuff.

Today I handled a isolated angle of mandible fracture, with a combination of doctor-david’s chief surgeon, doctor-david first and second assistant.

I like the idea of ‘optimized’. Are you optimised while doing your work. Enough focus on your work. I belief, if being a family man or a plastic surgeon, you can be only optimised for 2-3 things every day.

From marathon training I like the idea of purposeful training. We cannot improve by just running as you like. Before entering the stadium you need to plan the menu of the day, be it zone II, tempo, LDR, Farlek etc…
